Killaloe J.V
(MAT:80% CUL:20%)

The Killaloe project comprising 94km2 is located 35km NE of Norseman in Western Australia.

Until recently, exploration activities by Matsa at Killaloe were primarily focused on the discovery of gold mineralisation as potential trucking feed for any future mill at the Mt Henry Gold Joint Venture project.

A review of past exploration at Killaloe has revealed significant untested potential for nickel sulphide mineralisation as well as gold. These opportunities are being tested systematically.

Killaloe Nickel/ Base Metal Exploration
Historic nickel exploration has focused on two ultramafic belts termed the Eastern and Western ultramafic belts (EUB and WUB).

Ground Electromagnetic Surveys over 10 targets at Gossan C, D, E & F, Anomaly 58, KC37, Beetroot E, KC5O, Hanging Wall Gossan (HWG), and Anomaly 64 identified significant conductors for drill testing.

HWG Prospect
Strongly elevated Ni values in sulphides intersected in Diamond drill holes highlight potential for Kambalda Style Ni sulphides at HWG prospect.

Best intercepts include:
• 1.35m @ 0.54% Ni from 93.35m (14KLDH01)
• 0.55m @ 0.91% Ni from 110.75m (14KLDH02)
• 0.2m @ 0.58%Ni, 0.37%Cu from 111.3m (14KLDH06)

RC Drillhole intersects elevated nickel in weathered ultramafic rocks at KC26 prospect including a highest value of 3m of 0.5% Ni, 0.08% Cu and 0.10% Co

RC Drillhole intersects highly anomalous zinc in carbonaceous shales at KC5O prospect in

cluding a highest value of 1m @ 8.04% Zn and 5.1g/t Ag
